Pictures didn't work but the cut is behind inner fender plastic passenger rear

I cut into the rear ac return line on my 2001 suburban. I think it is the return line it's the bigger one of the two. I'm not sure if this can be spot repaired or have to replace the whole thing. If you guys know anything about it let me know. Attached some pictures
