Took it through a deep muhole to test of the tires. Gotta say I'm impressed. The hole was much deeper than I thought and the truck had to drag the diffs and some of the frame to get out. It came to a stop for a minute but after wiggling around for a minute it clawed it's way out.

In the last couple months I have done a couple things on my truck. Clear Headlights/Corners, Morimoto HID Retrofit (projectors), Color Matched Grille, and I bought a new low profile tool box.

On my 2005 I changed the front diff oil, removed spare tire holder, replaced Pop lock anti theft screw with a regular head bolt, cleaned the interior and drove it

Removed the SLE badges off both sides as they were falling off, they caused a little bit of scuffing on clearcoat, almost in the perfect shape of the badge, after a wash and a little paint correction this is the final product

Put the fender flares back on, spent $340 today on a new passenger side caliper and brake line, new fan clutch and got my ac recharged. She's ice cold now. Also stopped by the muffler man to get a quote on some duals, and I'm working on trading a fender from my 98 for a set of these

As of a few months ago it was still on the road, my cousin caught it on the interstate and sent me that. I traded it in early 08 with 200k on it. Big mistake. Love my 800's, but that 400 is a tough truck. I just have this fender and a K&N intake left over that's taking up space, and I'm hoping to get those wheels and a little cash.

So you would keep the 17's? Not a fan of the factory 16's?

I don't mind the rims you have on there currently, is there caps for those other ones your trying to get? I couldn't tell what those rims were without caps lol, I have the factory 16"s on my 2002 they aren't pretty but they get the job done, I'm going to see if my dad will give me the 17"s that were on my 2005 before I lifted it, back to me so maybe when it's new tire time I'll clean the 17s up and put them on the 02 or find some of those 5 spoke ones that were factory in 07-13 trucks

Yea I love the 900 style 17's, bit everyone thinks they're made of gold lol. No he doesn't have the centers for them, and chances are I'll just keep my 17's. I've also got the chance to buy these eagles back for $150, they're 16x8.

Just got done replacing both knock sensors and harness. Hopefully it fixes my pinging under load. Cause I'm supposed to drop it off in a couple of weeks to get a custom tune done by GPI. Bout to take it out for a test drive and see. I noticed alot of carbon build up in the intake runners on the heads so I'll pick up a bottle of seafood to run through it tonight.

Did not help my pinging. Tried seafoam and that didn't help either. Then it dawned on me that the pinging I'm hearing could actually just be my tensioner bearing going out as I've heard it make some noises on cold start up lately.

Hopefully that's all it is, and you can get your tune done. Well I won't be trading my fender for those rims, my dad called to tell me he ran over it with his f700 flatbed. So now its, well flat. The guy said he'll sell them for $75. So I can buy OEM 16's,no centers, for $75 and a 20 min drive. Or I can buy those eagles up there for $150, centers and all, and drive 3 hrs one way. Decisions decisions.
