What kind of bed cover or tonneau do you have?
I recently added a Truxedo Pro X15 cover to my '01. I had one on my '96, and loved it. Easy to mount, and remove if i need to The cross bed supports really help. Heavy snow was never an issue. -

Rear Cup holder latch
The cup holder latch on my '01 K2500 is broken. Anyone know where I can get a new one? I'm afraid my dog will rip the holder off if I don't fix it. -

Front suspension bumper
I think these are still called a bump stop. I replaced mine when I bought my truck used last year. Same as yours, the front driver's side was trashed. I got new ones from Rockauto. Easy to replace.- Mitch1965

Sulastic Springs
Just thought you would like to know, I recently added sulastic springs to my 2001 2500HD. These have really made a difference in the ride, and general comfort of the truck. Before adding them to my truck, the passenger seatbelt would regularly "lock up" on my wife when hitting small bumps...- Mitch1965
