    Wanted: Nivomats

Thank you for the offer. I did look through the sale section and found nothing in the last year or so. Not in a super hurry. Probably be a month before it’s cool enough for the scrap yard.

    Wanted: Nivomats

Can't post in the wanted area until you have 6 months on and 100 posts. Bit of front end wobble, which could be a rear end issue. Haven't jacked it up for inspection because it's been STUPID hot. Shattered the previous record with the 118* temp today. Front end feels fine low speed slalom that...

    Wanted: Nivomats

Before I head to the wrecking yard, I was wondering if anyone had the G65 ZW7 rear shocks for a Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade for sale. I can't bring myself to spend $300 each on one, when I'm not even sure my highway shimmy is due to that.

    Driver door courtesy light

This would suggest that if everything else works as it should, there's something wrong with the DDM that's not triggering the light when the door opens. Check all your connections at the DDM for corrosion and good connection.

    Driver door courtesy light

When you say lock actuator, do you mean the motorized gizmo that actually moves the lock, or the integral window switch and lock module?

    Ash tray doesn't stay

I could probably print something in ABS. Wouldn't be too hard to design, but the magnets I ordered are supposed to be here today.

    Solved -Normal scan tool values

Not sure how cheap a scanner will work, but I'm pretty sure my cheapo scanner will do it. I also have a mid-range home-gamer one that does it, too.

What Brand Seat Covers Have You Used And Do You Like Them?

Have you tried several coats of conditioner? You may find several coats over a few weeks softens up the leather.

New proud owner of this 1999 GMC Yukon Denali with 143k miles!

Welcome to the group! Good lookin' Yukon. If you haven't checked out Crutchfield, I would suggest them. I use them for all of my install kits. I really like the double-din kit I got from them.

2001 Yukon Autoride "Service Suspension System" Warning Light Delete

Only one wire comes from the PCM to the Suspension Control Module. Circuit 1101, Damping Lift/Drive Signal.

WHY DO THEY ALL DO THAT?!? I managed to convince mine to stop. She's an RN and knows better.

2001 Yukon Autoride "Service Suspension System" Warning Light Delete

Looking at the wiring diagram, it looks like this resets the Suspension Control Module. It's probably dumb enough to not kick the light if it never sees the compressor module.

    Work out of my garage/driveway

Ouch. Did I read you're working in your Arizona driveway? Must not be in the Phoenix valley.

    Oxygen Sensor Heater Codes

https://obdxpro.com/product/obdx-pro-vx-obd2-diagnostics-and-tuning/ Combined with PCM Hammer and Universal Patcher, you can disable those codes. You can either uncommand the CEL, or disable the code altogether. That's what I used to disable VATS.

    Oxygen Sensor Heater Codes

Continuity probably won't show anything wrong, if you're only getting a performance code. I'd suggest a test light to verify the heater can carry current.

    Oxygen Sensor Heater Codes

Sorta related; bought my '06. Ran great, put 200 miles on it, no problem. Get a CEL around town for MAF sensor function. Hose out the sensor with MAF cleaner, clear the light, no more issues for another 200 miles. Going camping and halfway up the rim, I get a CEL. Too rich bank 1 and 2. Long...

Minimum required PCM bench tune harness

Lots of info floating around about tuning. Haven't hit on the nuts and bolts in a while, especially considering these trucks are 20+ years old. All you need is a blue PCM connector, an OBD2 port, a 12v 1-2 amp power supply, and an optional switch. In the blue PCM connector, you only need 4...
