    Have you gotten a paper catalog from LMC Truck? I keep one around to compare part numbers. If part numbers are the same, then good chance something might swap. Same goes when comparing 99-02 and 03-07.

    I replaced mine without removing the bed. You can get at them from underneath. It’s tabbed at the bottom. If you can release the tab, it just hinges out and will drop out from there. My replacements came from Amazon

    Out of curiosity, are the cab vents original? They can allow road noise in through them. I just replaced mine last year and I had several “vanes (don’t know what else to call them)” that seemed to be stuck open.

    If you’re dropping the tank, you might want to take a look at the brake lines between the tank and and the frame. They have a tendency to rot out in that spot. I had to have one replaced but instead of dropping the tank, they went over the tank with the replacement brake lines.
