    Yesterday i dug into how to shut off the dash message from the disabled autoride. It turns out that if you disconnect your battery, pull the 30amp RTD fuse (small) in the under-hood fuse panel, let the truck sit about 10 minutes and reinstall the fuse, that gets rid of the message.     I have always lived in dry cool climates, visited a lot of humid ones and didn't like it (Hawaii, Texas, Florida, Missouri, etc.). When I am working outside at 40 & 50 degrees, I cant take the heat of the house when I go inside, I end up going out on to the porch to cool off for a bit.

    That sounds like wires rubbing, had that in a 94 Pontiac Grand Prix, they recalled the harness twice.

    Clean! Have you ever noticed that dirty interior trucks break down all the time? I cant stand a filthy truck, mine are always dirtier than I would like just due to time but now I have a steamer and carpet cleaner to make it faster to clean.

    I like both platforms, the OBS and NBS, but for different reasons. The OBS for looks, toughness, and simplicity with technology. The NBS for comfort, power and drivability.
