Never thought about it as “first gen Silverado” but Technically yes they are the first Silverado. Before gmt800 trucks Silverado was just a package and where c1500, k, c3500 etc. Now gmt800, gmt900 and later years are called Silverados and have packages like LTZ, LT, WT But I’ve never heard...- DateNight

I had an esky cluster in my wife’s 01 Tahoe in the early 00s, I ended up removing and selling the cluster when we sold the Tahoe. I remember selling it for a few hundred dollars, I think that was 10+ years ago.- DateNight

Replacement carpet.
Has anybody used the Jegs replacement carpet? I can get it for $160ish. I’m curious how it fits. They also offer mass backing but I just don’t think it worth the extra $100 since I will be laying down sound deadening. -

If you have the factory harness, which is a 880 connector, they should be. -

I figured I could find a broke esky cluster so I could rob the needles and lens/trim rings but I haven’t had any luck. So… Right now I will probably paint my needles orange or buy red needles. I don’t want to change the bulbs just because I want my gauge cluster to match the rest of the dash...- DateNight
