Diff Leak
Not related to what I just told you but, on any differential, if it has a drain plug, make sure that you remove the fill plug first. If the fill plug is frozen and you have already drained the fluid, you are stuck till you get the fill plug out. IIRC, the front diff has the drain and fill plugs...- ORVietVet

That does not look wet but does show dry seepage. Is likely ok but the fill plug is a 3/8" drive that can be removed and use 75w-90 gear oil and squeeze some in there, on flat ground. When starts to come back out, is full. Usually, the 75w-90 container has a pointed snout that the tip gets cut...- ORVietVet

Where in Oregon? Gonna have it shipped or come here and drive it back? If you are driving back and have never been to the coast, go and drive Hiway 101. I would say visit Crater Lake too but it is closed because of snow. Usually is open May thru September. Snowed in otherwise. Lots of 101...- ORVietVet

Bump Stops
That is a bump stop and is normal to "eventually" have to replace. When suspension is loaded, it is normal for the lower control arm to touch the bump stop. Compress the suspension and it compresses the bump stop and eventually will "smash" it.- ORVietVet

Do I need a different tune after doing new exhaust?
No need for a tune unless you just have an itch to spend money. Use Black Bear performance, if you do. Also, contact them and they will advise if needed or you will notice the benefit if you do. If you do a tune, you may want to mess with other settings and wake up the engine.- ORVietVet
