The door panel can still be hung, without the hooks, but is harder to do because nothing is helping to hold all the weight except the inner glass wipe seal trim. Then it is only the screws and pins. The hooks help support the entire assembly and also help align it.- ORVietVet

I believe he is talking about the plastic molded "hanger hooks" on the backside of the panel. To remove the panel, after attaching screws and pins removed, you lift the panel up and the hooks will pull out of the holes in the metal door panel and do the reverse to then "rehang" the panel to...- ORVietVet

Work out of my garage/driveway

Verifying that these rims fit & thoughts on looks
My eyesight sees clearance problems and what is the offset? I could be wrong but with the, unknown as of yet, clearance after bolted to hub, unknown offset-between 18mm and 35mm-what? and complete difference in the tire sizes, I just see problems. But I am 73 and old. Who knows? -

Where the hub bolts up at. That tire is not gonna clear as it sits in that pic. It may be different when bolted up and set in the wheel well.
