good insight and nice find!! i agree on SUV's being better cared for than trucks i'm confident I can find another single owner tahoe / burb at the right price point.. found this one that might be exactly like what I'm looking for (it is $7k but just an example)

Pretty exciting time in our household.. wife is looking to start driving the Burb, she needs more space. Almost 5 months of ownership and she’s rock solid. I’m moving 4 Car seats over to the Burb this weekend and she’ll test it out for a week or so, while I get her car ready for sale. It’s a...

I just crawled under there and there’s a quick disconnect at the rear bumper frame which is nice. Is there another one on the frame leading up to the reservoir or is it just one straight shot? Splicing it is probably what I’ll end up doing

First “cold” night and walk out to the Burb in the morning and see this at the back of the vehicle.. immediately had nightmares of the fuel leak on my Bronco… Whew. Just a leaky washer fluid line for the rear wiper… patch it or replace the line? Pretty sure there’s a clog in there I tried to...

I could also do my own oil changes on the Bronco with 2” lift and 33’s… very nice to be able to crawl under there and work. Don’t have steps or jack stands so getting help for now, plan to do more of my own maintenance in the future like I did with the Bronco

Wow that’s a nice FJ, those have skyrocketed in value The old Kwik Kar Lube and Discount Tire are a good fit for my tax bracket lol. Should have had my mechanic (owner mechanic type shop) do all the work but was in a hurry at Kwik Kar next to my office was more convenience factor than anything...

Gotcha, I had a feeling that’s what you were referring to. I personally like it on non-black Z71s as it breaks up the color a little bit like a two tone. But I get wanting to remove it on the black paint. I imagine You can keep the factory side steps for the family and just remove all the...

Nice call on factory tires with no lift! Thanks for the update on the AC. Seems to be a somewhat common and pretty painful and hard to locate the leak topic when it does pop up. Should be good to drive it without the AC on, but still have fan and heater functionality (cool weather is here...
