    Bump Stops

You could probably use the 2500hd ones in the same spot as the oe 1500, iirc the 1500 have an extra bracket on top of them so they are taller, but the 2500 just bolts directly to the bracket. So may be able to have both in contact with the control arm?

    Bump Stops

I don’t understand how/where and why? The 2500 ones are I believe spaced different because of the frame and control arms being different sizes, then there’s the difference in weight of vehicle. The bump stops on front suspension are actively controlling the ride and handling at least in the 2500.

Verifying that these rims fit & thoughts on looks

you WILL break it unless you tie it forward. you can either bend the things it clips to or you can cearance it. but with the horn or lamp in the picture, and the AC lines down low, you may not want to remove it so no flinging things at them

Verifying that these rims fit & thoughts on looks

I was going to say this , i can see the tire obliterating the wheel well cover or touching the corner of the bumper if he reverses downhill out of a driveway while doing a full lock either direction turn , on the front

    Bump Stops

were these the ones in constant touch with the control arms or the things that keep an axle from bottoming a spring? if control arms ( i assume based on photo) then Kryptonite ones have been good to me

oh interesting. maybe just a certain GVW or something. I think the Express carried the EGR longer too, because the thing did cable throttle, previous pcm too for a while. On that note, the 2003-2005 LQ4 and LQ9 are interesting, the Cams are all over the place (prob for the egr part) and so are...

Return style fuel system on a 2005

fuel circulation When youre at high demand or full throttle in a suped up engine, the fuel returning will be minimal, the reason for not having return is for cost and for reducing tank temperatures because warm fuel doesnt return to it, but the pump/filter life is gonna be more dependent on things.

    Places to buy new hardware

i use 12.9 often since i source from menards a lot, and flanged head bolts or ones in the large size (m12, m14 etc) there tend to be in black phosphate coating vs cheap plating, and thats preferabnle to the cheap plating and non flange head ones. 12.9 hardness means cutting or drilling is a...

Another feature of unknown status that I cant find info on 99-01 trucks came with, more often than not i think, with seals that exist under the hood at the fender but they are not primary water seals they appear to be for appearances of the hood when closed, and possibly exist to buffet noise...
