Yep I know about it. Bumper is off an 05; it’s tweaked a bit. Just haven’t messed with it since it was installed a couple of years ago. It looks a whole lot better than the one the kid creased.- 4silverado

My 04 doesn’t have one. Thought about adding one but that is as far as I’ve gotten with that idea. From what I’ve heard, it can be added. You just need to drill some holes.- 4silverado

How about listing those codes? For sake of argument, have you tried clearing them and then running the truck to see which codes come back. New guy to forum not to gmt800s
Welcome from Kentucky. I got my 04 while I was in North Carolina. It was originally a Florida truck. It was rust free while in NC. I’ve been back in Kentucky going on 4 years and it’s starting to show bubbles over the right rear fender well.- 4silverado

You might have to paint to match unless you are lucky enough to find a newer truck with tan interior. My 04 has the 52D tan interior. I was thinking there was a SEM paint that closely matched; I’ve got a note on it somewhere.- 4silverado

Easiest way to find what fits is either Crutchfield or Sonic Electronix. You should be able to find what fits even if you don’t buy from them.- 4silverado

Something gets mentioned on the forums is cracked dash. Throw a carpet cover on it and you’ll never notice it. I always thought that it also helped reduce interior temps. I think I paid around $35 from Amazon.- 4silverado
