2004 K2500HD Headlights choices
I had a 2017. That one was a POS. I left my scan tool in it to clear the codes every few days. Traded it in on something better; but miss 4x4 now. Oh well. Sold the 2017 but refused to get rid of the 04. They’ll probably bury me in it.- 4silverado

Slight exhaust vibe just at light accel
Back when I first got my 04 (2016), I noticed a slight vibration upon accelerating just under drivers floor mat. Something else I’d was that the stock exhaust pipe set 3 inches outside of the bed. New fuel cap
Or you get the dreaded P0446. Mine had flashed the tighten fuel cap before but now that stupid code is there. I’ve cleared the code multiple times and it comes right back. Going to try a tethered cap first.- 4silverado

I think these were $65ish Amazon specials. Driving lights were EBay. All front light have LEDs that cost $18 for 6 lights. The older I get, the more of a tightwad I become.- 4silverado

One thing I just remembered is that the dash bezel is notched on that corner to clear the console. I’ve got some interior pics on other computer that might show this.- 4silverado

Mine is an 04 extended cab. I know somewhere under that is the amp and sub for Bose. Those are the only pieces I haven’t upgraded; I’m not willing to give up space under back seat yet.- 4silverado
