    Rebuilding 4l60e

If I'm going through all that, I'm going with a 4L80E. Just do a segment swap on the PCM and send it. A cost effective but decent 4L80E rebuilt kit is about $300. Figure $1k for a 4L80 out of something, $300 for a rebuild kit, another $400 for a torque converter and you're at $1700. OBD2 adapter...

    Potential oil pressure sensor leak

Welcome to the forum! It's hard to tell where it's coming from when they get that gross. Ask me how I know. But the recommendations you've got so far are spot on.

2001 Tahoe high presure on low side of A/C

It does sound like it's low. The high pressure cutoff doesn't kick in until some ridiculous pressure.

Cig lighter and DLC off with key mod

Do the mod I showed with the Aux fuse instead of the cig outlet.

Cig lighter and DLC off with key mod

Mine also has two ports, but one is a 12v outlet and one is a cigarette lighter. This only changes the cigarette lighter port and DLC. It leaves the other auxiliary power outlets alone. But the same can be done with their power source.

    GMT800 Airbag kit

I'm sure someone does. If I didn't just have to wing $500 at my Tahoe, I'd get it for my '78 Burb.

    2002 Silverado Sportside

Helluva good looking truck. I'm not normally a stepside GMT800 guy, but that's clean. Welcome to the group!

    Finally happened. Lifter tick.

Didn't take the heads off. Going to be a while for parts to get here. But I did order lifters, rockers, head bolts, and gaskets. My buddy has a LQ9 cam if I need to replace the cam, so we should be good for parts. Here's a rocker. She's a little bit loose. Click for video.

    Seat hunting

No, they are not. You could look at covers, too. There's lots of factory style replacement covers out there. I just redid the drivers bottom foam on my Tahoe.

    Undercarriage Input

Welcome! Underside looks fine, sans that body mount already mentioned. Looks solid under there.

    Finally happened. Lifter tick.

My '06 is not a DOD engine. And with 225k on the clock, if it is just a collapsed lifter, it will get new lifters. I checked the oil for sparklies right after I shut it down and found none. We'll see when I open it up.

    Loose steering

First, welcome to the forum. When you say "loose" is it that it's really easy to steer, or that there's a lot of movement in the center of the steering box? There's a bunch of videos on youtube for removing some of the slack from a worn steering box. You might give that a shot.

    Finally happened. Lifter tick.

    Just rolled past 225k.

    Finally happened. Lifter tick.

I've got no other symptoms than the tick. I'll start with the valve cover. Maybe a rocker is starting to let go. Not sure if that would be better or worse. But I'm not digging into it until Saturday anyway. It's my DD and I'm sad about it. But I've got my motorcycle and my wife has her DD and...

    Finally happened. Lifter tick.

Took the wife, kids, and dogs up to the Mogollon Rim this past weekend. Tahoe ran great as usual. 16mpg pulling our camping gear trailer up the big hills is pretty decent. We were way out in the sticks and didn't see another human all weekend it was fantastic. We were able to let our dogs off...

    2000 K1500 5.3 Fuel Pump Replacement

That has the EVA RPO code. Evaporative emissions. Has the fuel tank pressure sensor attached to the sending unit. That would be the ACD MU1613. The TCU or TCF body code means the code on the pump housing, not the truck. I believe all the TCF sending units are for the EPA RPO code.

    Seat connector replacement.

When replacing connectors altogether, I like to use deutsch style connectors. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZBZHVQ6/
