My window switch panels on the driver and passenger doors slide out and was wondering what do I replace to make it snap in place again. Any help?

I have a '03 Silverado Z71 with the Bose system and an aftermarket stereo. I was wondering if anyone has ran a seperate aftermarket amp with subs keeping the factory Bose subwoofer. Would I run into any problems?
