If I buy ANY used vehicle and have no records I can count on for fluid change intervals, I change them all. No ifs ands or buts. Check the carrier bearing while under there. 2wd long bed and extended cab or crew cab? Tend not to see a carrier bearing on a 4wd, even a long bed, because the transfer case shortens the driveshaft.
