It turns out that if you disconnect your battery, pull the 30amp RTD fuse (small) in the under-hood fuse panel, let the truck sit about 10 minutes and reinstall the fuse, that gets rid of the message. The big 30amp AIR fuse was already pulled. It has appeared to work great and my wife is happy to not see the warning anymore. See highlighted yellow fuses.
