So I'm starting to work on gathering the parts to do a TBSS intake swap on my '02 1500HD. I'm searching for an '04 Flex Fuel Tahoe fuel rail, and then I'll need to get taller injectors. Possibly the Flex Fuel units. That should theoretically allow me to keep my existing return style fuel system, and clear the TBSS manifold. Next thing I'll need is a throttle body adapter and a throttle cable bracket. But I'm hoping this will all come together and work like I'm hoping. If I can increase my torque by just 10 ft-lbs throughout most of the range, I'll be thrilled with the results. After that, I'll be looking at getting a tune.
