Looks like the 1092 pads are to be used with the 285/286 calipers and is also considered the "police package". Likewise, 1363 pads are used with 351/352 calipers and "non-police package".[ATTACH]2127[/ATTACH]Here's application "2004 GMC Sierra 1500 4.8". Looks like 785 pads are 2-wheel steer while 784 are front pads for 4-wheel steering. I have no idea what those 1053 pads would be for...[ATTACH]2126[/ATTACH]</blockquote>
