2006 Escalade Navigation GPS radio

I want to get an OEM 2006 Escalade head unit radio installed in my 2004 Sierra 2500 HD Extended Cab SLE Duramax. Is it a direct swap or do I need to modify some stuff? Thanks in advance. I love the OEM 2003 door chime compared to the aftermarket setup.

I have an 04 Silverado with Bose and got the exact same radio out of a Trailblazer SS. It plugged right in but had to use my tech2 to do the VIN relearn and it played without any rewiring of the amp. I've read that some folks have to switch some wires around to get it to work.
