The handle with chrome grab bar is an Escalade piece and discontinued by GM, only aftermarket junk still available. Found one original for $100; nah I'll just cut the swivel rivet out of the old black original and transplant the chrome grab bar then repair the break in the back with a metal splint. About an hour's work and $100 saved.
