Northern Indiana was settled mostly from New England, the Southern part of the state from the South; I would not surprised if this Rensselaer is related to New York's. The dealer looks like a flipper, not surprised, just be wise to the laws here, once you buy it, it is yours. Likely pre-inspections can be done in the surrounding area, up north is like Chicagoland, East to South Bend or Fort Wayne, and more south to Lafayette (where I live) on to Indianapolis, this is all "close" to us, less than a couple hours drive away.</p></blockquote><p></p>
