The off set on negotiations will help with tires but get a good set of Load Range "E" tires. Alignment and balance of tires should fix other concerns.  Get the mirrors adjusted where you can see ok and leave them there. Don't need to extend unless you are pulling something big behind you. I have the same mirrors and never move them. You can easily replace with the smaller mirrors, like on 1/2 ton and SUV's. May not attach correctly at the wiring but you can figure it out. Hell, you can just get manual adjust mirrors and easy to bolt in. The headliner is a PITA and sometimes you can remove trim and peel an end down and spray sticky crap up in there and re-glue. If it is dropped down in the middle, and has a bubble, then you make a small cut and stick the thin nozzle in the cut and spray in a circle and re-glue. May not be pretty and is your choice. When do the belt(s), do the tensioner and any idler pulleys.</p></blockquote><p></p>
