Using Costco oil on sale or Supertech from WallyWorld. Even paying shipping for filters, it's way cheaper than buying an oil filter and jug of oil at the local parts store. I have been using Wix filters for our Gen III and Gen IV LS powered vehicles. I wish those were the same filters, but sadly, they are not. And I keep oil filters for our 3.6 Pentastar. That's still 3 filter types I have to keep stocked...SMHI tossed some oil filters I still had from the 4.3 era on my Silverado the other day, as well as 5.7 Vortec oil filters I bought at this small auto parts store that closed around Covid for the K3500 I'm parting out.</blockquote>
