I don't recall exactly, but I think the 2 studs on each of the jumpseat (or center console) are shared by the 2 under bolts of the seats. Maybe some of those are actually bolts, not studs. It's been a while.As for the electricals, that going to depend on what features your truck came equipped. My 99 had power seats, and the ones I swapped were the manual, so not real issues. I think some guys have added all the bells and whistles like console, power/heated seats, power/blinker mirrors, etc. to base work truck RCSB trucks. You just have to bring all the wiring harnesses and stuff. This is more for like the 03+ trucks. The 99-02 had more limited wiring/BCM integration. I'm sure it's possible though.</blockquote>
