Still new to the gmt800 thing. My buddy has the same truck down to year and all his running lights are the ones on the bottom. Mine doesn't have that is there something I'm missing? Also my headlights are on automatically as well

So your DRL is not working? There is a fuse for it under the hood.

Not exactly sure what you are asking.... I disabled my DRL's because the sockets started burning.

You have auto lights, there's a photo cell on the dash, your DRL will only be on while in drive during the day

My headlights and tail lights are on whenever I turn the key
My buddy's truck has the lights on the bottom between the blinkers. What fuse should I check?

It's not a fuse. If your normal headlights are on in the daylight, either the photo cell on the dash went bad or came unplugged

Buy a new one and replace it, probably twists and pulls up, check YouTube, I've never done it

They also have a tendency to come loose and fall down behind / inside the dash.

Easiest way to get at it and it back in place is to pop the stereo head unit out and reach thru
