My lower air dam was painted with Duplicolor Custom Wrap, equivalent to Plastidip, but in Midnight Cherry Matte. I used duct tape to cover the chrome bumper and cardboard between the lights and back of lower dam. Sprayed it on the truck with virtually no prep. Didn’t do too bad and it’s been on there for a couple of years now.
