Front fender/wheel well panel

Hi,

2004 Yukon XL that's new to me.

1. Does anyone know the name or part number of this panel? It's driver's side front wheel well only, and it would be under the fuse box.

2. it looks like 4 bolts are hold it on. Is this correct?

3. is it a PITA to move the fuse box a bit if I need to get at a couple of said bolts?

That would actually be part of the fender, the lip that comes in and makes the "inner fender". The bolts are fastened to it.
