They send a return label for your old cluster to be sent with. Also, you can customize your new cluster if you wish. You did not say what the cluster would be going in and please do not think that ALL GMT800's are all the same. On my first go round, I added a transmission temp gauge to my 2005 Tahoe Z71 cluster. I am sorry but I would have to ask or hunt for the heater control help.</blockquote>
