[QUOTE="ORVietVet, post: 25409, member: 9438"] Bought a new driver's seat cover from the Seat Shop in Plano, TX. The old one is torn length ways and starting to crack vertically along the side. The P/S looks like new. I have a friend that is retired upholstery shop owner, here in Eugene, Or. Met him years ago and drank a lot of beer with him over the years. He said, "Remove the seat assembly and bring the seat and cover and he will set me up for No Charge! I think I could have done it all but he is a pro and will build up the driver's seat side foam where it breaks down over the years from my big ass sliding out of the seat. He also said that sometimes the seat pan gets cracked and he will weld it if needed. I will do pics of the before and after. I would have more pics of my Tahoe in here but it just doesn't break. These 2 pics are pretty soon after I bought. there was some slight length ways cracking on the driver's seat, from front to back, that cannot be seen in the pic.
