Prepping my 2000 Suburban 2500 6.0 to tow a trailer with electric brakes and am having trouble getting my new Tekonsha P3 brake controller to turn on. I tried an older controller and it seems to work, but it only displays a red "on" light, not the power level like it does on my other truck. I have the factory trailering package and a plug and play harness for the controller. I'd rather not have to wire the controller in from scratch, so if any one knows of a way to get the factory harness to either output full power or ground properly. Is there a fuse or something that could be culprit?
