Running rich maybe since you have unburnt fuel vapors on the cylinder with the misfire?I would also check basics such as fuel pressure. Do you have a fuel pressure guage? That's a must for working on these trucks. The HF nicer version is like $42 and has the longer hose so you can stick the guage on your windshield while you crank. Does the fuel pressure hold when priming the pump? Sounds like the truck was bought like this? Yes? Or did it ever run well?
