When I bought my 07 Duramax the temp on the mirror didn't work, so I made a warranty appointment to have it fixed. When I picked it up they said they ordered a temp sensor and made another appointment. Dropped it off a second time and when I was picking it up they said "it didnt fix it, we ordered a wiring harness and made a new appointment". They replace the harness on the third round, the mirror on the fourth round, and HVAC head unit on the fifth round and it was fixed. I also had multiple other warranties and recalls on that truck, they never diagnosed anything, just threw parts at it. When my friends ask if can do something like replace an alternator on the vehicle, my response is "I can diagnose it to see if it needs and alternator".</blockquote>
