I fought that tire for a while trying to take it off because of the stake pushing on the inside of the rim and at both ends pushing the tire out. Tire had a hole about the size of a quarter and I let the manager know that it wasn't fixable, but everyone in the shop was amazed at the size of the stake and how that had happened.
