Recommend a separate section for lifted or lower GMT800 trucks and SUV's. I am not a fan of either but would be nice to have it all separated.

Maybe a separate Build/Under Construction section instead of all of it loaded in to Garage.

Classifieds that has vehicles for sale and a separate parts and accessories for sale.

Those are good suggestions and I appreciate you taking the time to post them.

Not all new members post an intro. Some just come to look for information on their truck upgrades or repairs, then go away...never to be seen again.

One of the things I will be working on is finding a way to send an automatic welcome email to new members with links to info to point them towards a Frequently Asked Questions knowledge base to help with their search. I believe that having that functionality will bring them back to the forum again.

The larger user groups will do a sticky with FAQs that encourage new members to start an intro thread, tells them how to use search and how many posts are required before they can post something for sale. I’m a mod on a larger site but I like this format because it’s tailored specifically for GMT800. Most times the individual platforms get lost on the larger forums.

The top banner could use some work, a couple trucks up there would be nice. I just like the look of GMT400 forum better

like I said in the same thread at gmsquarebody same user name as here but go by 99xcss4 on gmt400 being able to ad attachments to private message would be a great thing I do not know if it could be done or not but I think it would be a good thing to do

I believe we are set up for this already.

I was going to suggest a while back being able to add pictures to private messages so when selling parts and such we didn't have to do that in two separate areas, and then I realized the site would most likely get overrun with professional ladies and scammers, so yeah, don't do that.

I think we are setup for that too. I just sent you a message with a pic and a blank bill of sale file. Let me know if they show.

I can not get those to show up as options none of the more options tabs has it this is all I get in pm can only copy and paste links can grab files from my laptop like I do in regular threads

Naw...that won't happen. We have filters in place that put a hold on registrations until we review them. Sorry, but no professional ladies will be allowed to enter here for you.

yes it asked to enter a link or url would not let me pick a file from my laptop this is what comes up when I click the image button that you are talking about the private message options

That's interesting. If you clicked on the Insert Image button and got a Insert Link popup that looks like a glitch. I'll add that to the list of fixes for the site.

that would be great it is the same over at gmt400 and gmsquarebody when you try to do that I had told @Tonimus that maybe it is some thing that only staff admis and mods could do and regular members did not have access to it at this time

That may be but I believe we can fix it.
