Message: <blockquote data-quote="someotherguy" data-source="post: 21655" data-attributes="member: 6178">Those flaps at the ends of the cowl, pretty sure those are torn off on both 06's, the one we still have and the one I sold.  Found the loose ends of them down in the fenders IIRC.  Rotted rubber, weighted, presumably to provide a little holding power for it to stay shut.  Figured they had something to do with cowl venting but didn't find where they used to live.Richard</blockquote>
