Why doesn’t the PNW have rust issues? Y’all get snow right? Y’all just use sand, no salt or brine ?
I was south of Tacoma, WA for 2 years and it seemed to get one snow storm a year. But numerous ice events and brine was the choice there. Eastern Oregon is much drier so maybe thats what they mean, no-little rust east of the mountains.

This is a rust free state option thread, sir!

What an interesting build
Yeah, cool build. There's a joke on the automotive bodywork/paint and restoration community that patina is for guys that can't do bodywork. I kinda agree, but that truck actually looks cool with mild oxidation/patina on the white paint, and you pop the hood, and you are like, "damn!" Looks like a cool cruiser, but I doubt it has AC

Haha that sounds like my old Bronco and how I referred to its appearance as Patina
