i Most likely won't ever do any of that. After doing just the base swap, ill start doing the body work and things of that nature.. however ill most likely rebuild the engine before it goes in the truck either way, so ill replace with ARP everything, and do all my internal work at that time...

Well I might as well ask what everyones opinion on which 6.0 liter to go with when I go through with the swap? ? After a little more research, I found out there are way more 6.0 liter modela than I thought.

For the 6.0 did you go with the lq4, ly6, or ls2?

It is a 2wd rcsb, so i was thinkin about racing it every now and then but mostly street light to light. Haha.

Haha very. . Even if it was just fixing the v6

Right now mine is a non driveable v6, so I'm saving for the engine first, then start with some cosmetics

So basically start out by saving up for an ls swap haha. . That will take awhile still... I still don't know which ls I'd like to try for, they all have pros and cons. Either way I have awhile to think about it

I'm hoping to pull the intake next weekend (17-18) and go from there.. if it looks like the gaskets were leaking ill buy new ones (fel-pro) and ill do the knock sensors as well. ..if they don't appear to be the source of my problem then ill have to dig deeper.

Ok sounds pretty straight forward. Ill definitely get the knock sensors taken care of as well when I do it, no sense in going in twice. And ill be extra careful not to lose anything haha
