Also, on the "not running problem", that filter would have to be completely plugged for it not to start. If it starts and runs but misses or lack power, could be fuel filter or fuel pump but in my 40+ years in the shops, I never once saw a fuel filter stop a fuel injected engine from starting. Does not mean it is not the problem, just never saw it.</blockquote>
