All lights lit on dash TC switch, changed switch but that did nothing. Any tips please? Might bee TCCM? What would that code be? Thank you. 1999 Silverado 4X4 5.3

It's a 1999 Silverado 5.3 4X4. My scanner won't read/talk to it unfortunately so I don't have any codes to go by. Thanks mate

All lights lighting up seems like a short somewhere in the harness. Don't know though.
