Engine not starting due to weird electrical

Hello I just finished putting a 6.0l into my 1500hd and I had it running for sometime, however I changed the main engine ground to a better location(different bolt hole on the block) just wondering if anyone has had troubles with crank position sensor not reading engine speed after doing so(sensor is brand new and getting the correct voltage and all the wiring is good) Truck will not run anymore

No spark

no spark I replaced the crank sensor and rewired the 12V reference wire and it’s still not getting spark(everything is brand new)

I did put it back and nothing changed
