That's an easy fix, or at least it was for me on my 06.
Mine was on the passenger side. I was ready with my welder, but to my surprise, when I removed the exhaust manifold, I was able to remove the broken threaded stud with vice grips.
Removing the bolts at the bottom exhaust flange was actually more of a hassle, but too bad either.
Summit Racing has some nice high strength bolts that are around $35 IIRC under their name brand. That's what I used.
On my Silverado when I did my V8 swap I used the Dorman bolts from the local parts store. That was in 2020, and they are holding up well.
