Yea, have heard of the AZ heat do that too but did not want to bypass possible water leak. The hinge pins are a know loose/play spot and I was not trying to connect the water leak to that. When the front doors are open, just slightly lift up and down at the end of door and see if can see/feel any play. If none, then all good. If there is some play, it will eventually get worse over time. My 2005 Tahoe has never had play but a friend's 2005 Tahoe did have driver's door play and I have a thread here about that. Her's has 192k miles on it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
