Problem is, it preheats to 140°F which causes DTC P0116. I reduced the preheating time to 20mins and then start it again manually once the engine is running. This decreases the temperature difference between coolant and airtemp sensor so it does not set the code.-coated the underbody with FluidFilmmajor repairs so far:-new rear axle wheelbearings / seals / c-clips-tried to overhaul the transfer case, actually could use a new front case half, everything else apart from the viscous clutch and planetery gear is new-replaced all u-joints and rear slipyoke-new engine oil cooler lines-replaced light bulbs of cluster, ac control unit and steering wheel</blockquote>
