Wiper Replacement

Is it possible to replace wipers on a 2005 Tahoe to the newer style that can be locked out away from the windshield? If so what do I need to do/purchase. Thank You.

Should be able to pull the wiper arms off of the motors, I know on my trucks the stock wipers don't lock back because of the windshield washer fluid lines/sprayer in the arms, if they locked back they could break the lines, I'm assuming the Tahoes have the same set up

same on my 03 thats the only thing i hate about it

It's annoying that they don't stay up for scraping ice and brushing off snow, but I like not having sprayers on the hood lol

i think i may try to intergrate them into the cowling and grind the stops off but i think the spring will pop off like the rear one did
