Greetings,

I am new to the GMT800 truck world. I recently purchased a 2004 Sierra 1500 Denali with Quadrasteer. She has 145,000 but is very clean and well maintained. I am looking forward to discussing the ins and outs of these trucks with like minded folks.

William

Thank you all. I am very lucky to find one in my state of Florida. The body is straight and the frame has only a little rust above the spare tire. Nothing too bad. I am planning to wire brush, treat it and coat it for protection. I already replaced the drivers seat cushion with a replacement from the Seat Shop.

Pics of the interior?
How do you like the quality of the cover?

Wow! Beautiful truck! Those trucks are one of the Holy Grails of the GMT800s :)

Congratulations on the purchase and welcome to the forum!
Thank you. Like many people, I had forgotten about these trucks. I recently became reacquainted with them from a YouTube build series I follow called Legit Street Cars. Alex did an awesome job on his.

I can vouch for the Seat Shop too. I just did my driver's seat on my Tahoe and is top quality and a perfect match. They also offer videos at the Seat Shop site that shows you how to do the work yourself.

That's good to know for the future for possibly another vehicle.

Unfortunately, like everyone else, they don't carry my interior color. Everyone trys to send me the 03-07 version.

Wow sweet quadrasteer! Nice find. How many previous owners?
Is that a 6.0 with AWD? What are the specs?

Welcome from Texas
I am not sure of how many owners yet. I intend to do some research on that. However, it seems to have been very well maintained. The hood has been painted. Probably from the brutal Florida sun. However, I can not find any evidence of previous crash damage. It has AWD and seems to have all Denali options except a sunroof. That’s ok with me.

Alex from Legit Street Cars (LSC). It’s a great series with of videos. From purchasing it from an auction in semi neglected form to wild supercharged monster. Alex uses it as his primary tow vehicle and won’t be getting rid of it any time soon.
