    Thank you JorgeS, I just realised i forgot to mention mileage... so far it`s got 81k miles, I bought it with 64k miles. I also have to take a new picture, this one is from last year. in the meantime I swapped the headlights back to those with orange DRL`s and painted the fake "air scoops"...

    Probably the same way yours has, inspector couldnt care less about searching. He took a look at the badge behind the windshield and thats it. My Registration states: "VIN behind windshield left and front right frame". Doesnt matter now anyways, i will try to get a permit to let them stamp a new one.

    I checked the driver side framerails again and removed some undercoating in the wheelwell... i found this engraved number which is upside down behind the front left wheel. It is still not my VIN

    Hello Marco, the truck already failed inspection and they already made an official report. So if i go to someone else, that report will pop up as soon as they enter my license plate and i am back to square one.
