Aftermarket for the 8.1L

I have a 2001 Chevy 2500HD 8.1L and I was wondering if I have any backwards compatible parts that I could shop for and put onto the 8.1 from other models and years? Anything helps, Thanks

I think only the PCV was revised around 2003 or so, and that was supposed to help a bit with oil consumption?

Not sure if that's part of the intake or not?

Otherwise I think they are really the same from 2001 until the production end with 2007 Classic Silverado HD.

You better hope that the crank sensor never needs changed.

Thank you, a pleasure. Right! It will probably somewhere down the line, I got it from a company that hauled trailers pretty often so maintence is what i'm trying to get squared away.
