I want to do this! Anyone know if it's possible to get a steerin with the buttons into an 05 Sierra if my steering wheel doesn't?

On GMT 400 the guys were stuffing 01-02 steering wheels with controls into 96-98 trucks, wonder if it'd be similar

Thats just way to much thinking for me even thou i used to do some crazy audio installs and led installs

I thought I read somewhere that all the trucks are capable of having those steering wheels, just a matter of putting it in and plugging in harness' maybe it's more complicated and I heard wrong, just wondering if anyone has done this in these trucks, If it's too difficult that's ok, I've made it this long without it haha I'll just make sure the next truck I get has it haha cuz my dads Duramax has one of those steering wheels and I like it

thats essentially how my 1997 looks but my 2000 doesnt have that steering wheel, but bet your ass if i ever see one of those steering wheels in the junk yard, its mine

I'm planning on sending my cluster in for new stepper motors (speedo is acting up) and to swap out the bulbs for LED's - by end of summer every bulb in my interior will be red LED's .
