Crew cab rear door lighting

Ant ever added the rear door lighting to their crew cabs? I got a reflector there, but not any harness for lighting like on the front. I would like to add some lighting in there if it is possible.

Is there electric windows there? I would assume so. If so, then can run some wiring along the same route as the wires that are there. Maybe I am over thinking it. Are you talking about lights at the bottom furthest back corner of the inner door panel?

yep! Them are the ones. The courtesy lights.

So, right now you just have reflectors and want to add lighting that comes on when door is open, correct? Bound to be lights like that available that you can wire in. I think my 05 Tahoe has those lights?
